Return Policy

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Games must be unopened with the shrink wrap intact. Opened games can't be returned or restocked. If something inside is damaged, missing, or misprinted, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund it.

Books must be unused (no coloring, writing, or bent pages).

To start a return, email maddylewis@mindfulmarksstudio.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll send the return address. Buyers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong thing.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within [5–7] business days of the return arriving. Original shipping isn't refunded.

If your order shows up damaged or defective, email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you without a return.

For exchanges, we do a return and a new order.

All in-person and convention sales are final.

How Do I Return an Item?

If you wish to return an item for a refund, send us an email so we can accept your package. The item must be in the original packaging and condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.

The Item Arrived Was Damaged. What Do I Do?

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page or sending email directly.
